Jack Lovel is a Melbourne-based architectural photographer working across Australia and internationally. His practice is defined by a clean, graphic sensibility and a timeless aesthetic. Through his lens, he captures the architect's intent with clarity and sensitivity, creating images that offer an honest and authentic representation of each project.
His work has been widely published in leading international titles, including Monocle, Wallpaper, Dezeen, and Dwell.
Since 2016, Jack has been documenting the architectural legacy of Iwan Iwanoff across Western Australia. This ongoing body of work led to the publication of his first book, Catching Light, inspired by the Iwanoff-designed Jordanoff House where he grew up. The project has been presented at Modernism Week in Palm Springs and the London Festival of Architecture.
